Monkey Climber: The Rescue

In Monkey Climber: The Rescue, you play as a determined monkey whose mission is to rescue his kidnapped wife. 

The game is an action-adventure platformer where players must navigate through a jungle and town, using precise skill-based controls to overcome obstacles.

Inspired by classic platformers, our goal was to create a game that combines environmental interactions and challenges with mechanics that are easy to understand but challenging to master, to tackle the "Unnatural Mastery" challenge of the Games Design and Development course.

Controls:

Left analog stick - left arm

Right analog stick - right arm

Left Trigger - grab with left hand

Right Trigger - grab with right hand

Left Bumper - zoom out camera

Y - manually restart level 

By making use of these basic controls, the player can climb and even jump in order to traverse the levels.

NOTICE: We leave this as an .exe as the grab commands did not work in the browser
